All L.E.T.S. instructors have experience as a K-9 handler, instructor, and trainer. They must also complete the L.E.T.S. Instructor's Course. No L.E.T.S. instructor is paid a salary, simply per-diem and travel expenses. All of their time is volunteered, and they are proud to stand behind those they work with.
